Do kittens lose their teeth?

Yes. Kittens lose their kitten or baby teeth when they are around 12-16 weeks old. 

Kittens are born without teeth. Their first set of 26 teeth appear around week 2-4. After the first set of teeth falls out, their 30 adult teeth should have appeared around week 24-26.

Kittens often swallow their old teeth, which is nothing to worry about. Signs that new teeth are appearing include increased chewing (but the opposite may also be the case), slight bleeding, pawing around the mouth, sensitivity to touch around the mouth, drooling, and irritability.
